#RISING YOUTH
GRANT
JULY 5th, 2020
Recently, the Goodwill Initiative was awarded the $1500 #RisingYouth Community Service Grant from TakingITGlobal for their dedication to helping vulnerable populations in the Ottawa region!
This grant will be used to expand our kit project (as well as other upcoming projects), to other Canadian cities, as we plan on creating a positive change in the lives of others!

Today, we officially launched the Goodwill Internships Program, allowing youth from around Canada to get involved in the fight against COVID-19 among the most vulnerable populations through 3-week remote internships!

Over the past few days, several kind individuals and organizations have donated over 700 masks to us! All donated masks will be added to our kits or donated to shelter staff!
